Women. Normal women, of all sizes and ages, workers, mothers, students with a single goal: to have a new lifestyle more active and stimulating, where sport is an essential part of everyday life.

A community that focuses on sport as a tool to become independent, aware of their own abilities and ready to draw on all possible resources: personal character, cognitive skills and physical resilience.

WOMEN IN MUD

WOMEN IN MUD is an all-female project, made by women and dedicated to women who want to test themselves, challenge limits and prejudices and achieve their goals with the right determination. A way to encourage women to be active, face new challenges and achieve personal goals.

Women who, through OCR, go beyond their fears and find the strength to face daily challenges and battles.

Women who give themselves the opportunity to overcome each other, not to align themselves: beyond the obstacle, the norm, the horizon line, the surrender. Emotional and winning women, together to break down stereotypes, climb walls and learn to overcome obstacles with strength, explosiveness, concentration and strategy.

In sport as in real life.

A female team, headed by our women ambassadors, open to anyone who wants to share effort, goals and passion, motivating themselves to always do better and reach the next level.

A team that trains together regularly to get prepared for races, for which running in the mud is more than a sport, more than a way to keep fit but a real challenge with oneself, with one’s own limits and fears. To achieve a goal that improves self-esteem and trains for life.

For YOU a training program starts, designed specifically to prepare you for your first Tough Mudder (Classic or 5K).

Two months.

Two workouts a week.

One and a half hour sessions of targeted exercises to help you overcome obstacles and improve endurance.

Leading you in your #RoadtoToughMudder will be Ilariahalf boxer and half gymnast, pilates teacher and personal trainer, with an endless series of specializations.
